System Dispečer offers new tool for evidence of insured accidents connected with vehicle operation and driver`s work. User can notice all important insured accidents information and “keep itself to be in the picture”.

Insured accidents (IA), as new functionality, can user find in “Agenda”. After click on Insured accidents button user enters list of all accidents. Data displayed here can be filtered and sorted according to user needs.

New IA records addition is very simple. Click on the “New insured accident” button user opens new window where can write all IA data. In every IA record is possible to change state from New to Reported, Waiting for documents, Waiting for inspection… By using state changing user keeps IA actual. System allows user to notify data about responsible people for IA, costs or damage details.
