List of vehicles

The list of vehicles is basic output, where is recorded actual condition of vehicle, its actual position, information about vehicle and its utilization factor, or driver name and details about him.

Drivesbook

Very popular user output is drivesbook, which has in system Dispečer.sk several forms. User can select from three basic forms, of a „Brief look“, „Detailed look“ and „Vehicle utilization“.

Brief look is standard book of drives with all the terms, which orders the Law no. 595/2003 Z.z. It includes places of departures and arrivals of the journey, the traveled distance and its duration, duration of breaks while engine is turn off, driver name, or statistics of fuel consumption, maximal and average speed. Users, according to the priviledge, can edit this book of drives, add information about their objects, or write notes to each single drives.

Detailed view displays graphs of speed to each drive in drivesbook. The user is given information about driver ride.

Vehicle utilization provides except information as in „Complex drives book“, as well as vehicle utilization graph for the period. This view is used mainly by freight and truck transport. Dispatcher then can have under control compliance with drives and breaks periods.

Outputs and print outs from the book of drives can be defined through different filters, according to vehicle, time interval (date and also hour). It is possible to export data in Microsoft Excel and PDF file formats, as well as print of all system outputs.

Maps of drives

On the maps can be displayed every route or time period. If the dispatcher wants to have an overview of the current position of selected or all vehicles, the location will be displayed by simple click on the map.

Vehicle maintenance and fuel

System Dispečer monitors the vehicle maintenance as well. It is in charge of monitoring service inspection, oil changes, pneumatics, technical also ecological controls, exchange of pharmaceuticals and other events.

System allows simple connection with refueling companies. It will create for dispatcher an overview of the average consumption and the costs of vehicle operation.

The system also supports direct measurement of fuel in tank using an electronic probe. It records the consumed fuel as well as refueld. The measurement accuracy reaches up to 1% and now ranks among the most accurate and reliable solutions. Monitoring device measures the level of fuel during the journey, as well as during the parking. Your tank is under supervision all the time. The system also warns of suspicious losses of fuel. Notifications are realized through SMS, E – mail, on – line system or via Jabber.
